GIRLS

Coach: Kristen Hopper

2019-20 Record: 9-17

Kristen Hopper enters her third season at the helm of the Lady Warriors basketball team. She says that she is excited about this group and thinks that they have something special. “We have six talented seniors who will all contribute every night,” she said. “They will lead this team on and off the floor. We also have a couple of juniors and sophomores who will fit nicely in the mix, giving us a deep bench.” Star West (5-5, Sr) will lead the team at the point guard position. She is a hard worker and wants to be better than anyone else she plays. After averaging 8.5 points and thirteen rebounds a year ago, Jaylah Kieslich (5-10, Sr) returns to be a powerhouse inside for the Lady Warriors. Once she gets the ball in her hand, she is hard to stop. Kinzee Farrar (5-7, Sr) is a solid leader who can change the dynamics on the floor and is almost automatic with the three-pointer. Other players to watch are Lily Hinson (5-8, Jr), Jolea Johnson (5-10, Sr), and Bella Morgan (5-4, Sr). SOMETHING TO WATCH - West is also an exceptional track athlete for the Ketchum High School track team. Her quickness will show on the court.
